If you do not understand or agree to these Terms, do not use the Services. These Terms apply to all versions of the Products and may be revised periodically without notice to you.
1.1 These Terms cover the Cycle AI website (the “Website”) and the Cycle AI mobile application (the “App”).
1.2 In these Terms, we will sometimes refer to Cycle AI as “Cycle AI,” “the Company,” or “we.” We refer to our Website and App, and any content, tools, features, and functionality made available through them, as the “Services.”
1.3 In these Terms, “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to you when you access or use our Services.
2.1 This application released on the Apple App Store can only be downloaded and used by users aged 17 and above according to Apple platform standards.
2.2 This application released on the Google Play Store can only be downloaded and used by users aged 16 and above according to IARC standards.
2.3 You guarantee that you have reached the age specified by the platform. Cycle AI cannot verify the user's age and is not responsible for false information.
2.4 If you are under the required age, you may use the Service only with parental or guardian consent. Review the Terms with them to ensure mutual understanding.
2.5 If you use the Service on behalf of a company or entity, “you” includes both you and the entity. You represent you are authorized to accept the Terms on its behalf.
3.1 You must register using an Apple ID or Google account to access Cycle AI.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining your account's security and for any activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized access.
3.3 If you use false age information or an unauthorized account, we may suspend or cancel your account and pursue legal action.
3.4 We may investigate violations and suspend services at our discretion.
4.1 Use Cycle AI only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
4.2 You must not use Cycle AI for any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive activity, including:

6.2 You grant Cycle AI a perpetual license to use your content.

6.4 You own AI characters and generations you create, but you grant us a license to use them.
6.5 You may not copy or reverse engineer the Service.
6.6 Our trademarks belong to us and may not be used without permission.
6.7 We are not liable for third-party content.
6.8 We may remove content that violates these Terms.
6.9 Suggestions you submit are non-confidential and may be used without compensation.

We provide Cycle AI "as is" without any warranties.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
You assume responsibility for any damages resulting from using the Services.
We are not liable for third-party content or actions.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Some limitations may not apply depending on your jurisdiction.
You agree to indemnify Cycle AI for any claims resulting from your use of the Services or content submission.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for any reason.
Upon termination, you must cease use and delete all Cycle AI content.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the changes. If you do not, stop using the Services.
15.1 If any part of these Terms is invalid, the remainder still applies.
15.2 These Terms are the full agreement and override any prior agreements.
15.3 Waivers must be in writing and signed.
