Cycle AI Child Safety Policy

Cycle AI upholds a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of abuse, exploitation, or harmful behavior involving minors. This policy outlines our commitment to child safety, the rules all users must follow, prohibited activities, enforcement mechanisms, and reporting channels. Our goal is to maintain a secure, respectful, and responsible online environment for all users.

1. Eligibility and General Conduct

1.1 Age Requirement: Only adults are allowed to register, access or interact on the Cycle AI Platform.

1.2 Age Verification: Cycle AI uses automated systems to identify and block accounts that do not meet our age requirements. Falsifying personal information or attempting to circumvent age restrictions is strictly prohibited.

1.3 No Accounts on Behalf of Minors: Users may not create or operate accounts on behalf of children. Even if the intent is benign, this violates our policy and may result in account suspension or removal.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Cycle AI strictly prohibits the sharing, creation, or promotion of any content involving or referencing the exploitation or endangerment of minors (any individual under 16), regardless of format (text, image, video, audio, animation, etc.). This includes but is not limited to:

2.1 Sexual Exploitation or Sexualization of Minors

(a) Any content involving child sexual abuse, real or simulated;
(b) Depictions or discussions that portray minors in a sexual or fetishized manner;
(c) Role-play, fantasies, or representations involving underage individuals in sexual contexts.

2.2 Physical or Psychological Harm

(a) Threats of violence, or any encouragement or depiction of physical harm toward minors;
(b) Manipulative, coercive, or emotionally abusive behavior targeting children.

2.3 Dangerous or Illegal Behavior Involving Minors

(a) Promotion or depiction of dangerous, risky, or unlawful behavior involving minors;
(b) Encouraging neglectful parenting or human trafficking, including indirect references.

3. Enforcement and Legal Cooperation

3.1 Immediate Platform Action

Violations of this policy will result in immediate enforcement actions, including but not limited to:

(a) Permanent suspension of the user account;
(b) Deletion of offending content;
(c) Restrictions on future access to the platform.

3.2 Reporting to Authorities

Where required by law or deemed necessary, Cycle AI will report incidents to the competent authorities. Serious violations may be subject to criminal investigation and prosecution.

4. Reporting and User Support

4.1 If you encounter content or behavior that may endanger a minor, you are encouraged to report it using the in-app reporting feature or by contacting us via email: [email protected]

4.2 Investigation and Response: Cycle AI is committed to reviewing all reports thoroughly. Urgent cases will be prioritized and escalated to law enforcement if necessary.

5. Prohibited Users

5.1 The following individuals are strictly barred from using the Cycle AI platform:

(a) Individuals convicted of child sexual abuse, molestation, trafficking, neglect, or related crimes;
(b) Individuals with documented records posing a threat to minors;
(c) Individuals under court restrictions regarding contact with children.

5.2 Cycle AI reserves the right to remove users if background information indicating risk is revealed.

(c) Accessible guidelines to help users recognize and avoid inappropriate content.
