Welcome to Cycle AI ! This Privacy Policy outlines how your personal data is collected, used, and shared while you use our services. By using the app, you acknowledge and accept these practices. This document is a part of our Terms of Service. We may revise this policy periodically, and updated versions will be published on this page. Unless defined otherwise, terms in this Policy have the meanings given in the Cycle AI Terms of Service.
1.The Information we collect
1.1 Face Data: Certain features within Cycle AI allow users to upload photos or images that may contain human facial features (“Face data").
How face data is used: Face data is used to enable AI-driven functions such as avatar generation, image enhancement and related image-processing capabilities.
When a user submits an image, Cycle AI may temporarily analyze visual characteristics within the image in order to perform the requested AI function. This may include detecting facial positioning, contours, expressions, or similar visual elements necessary for generating AI-based outputs. Such processing is performed exclusively to support the requested feature and is not intended for identity authentication or recognition purposes.
Cycle AI does not:
- Identify individuals based on uploaded images;
- Conduct facial recognition or biometric authentication;
- Compare uploaded photos across users; or
- Create persistent biometric databases or facial templates.
Depending on the feature being used, image processing may occur either directly on the device or through secured cloud infrastructure operated by Cycle AI or authorized technology partners. All processing is subject to appropriate technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect such data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
We do not use Face Data for advertising personalization, user profiling, or unrelated commercial purposes unless separately authorized by the user.
1.2 Information You Voluntarily Provide to Us. We collect personal information you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise contact us:
- (a) Contact Information: You may provide personal information when you register for an account or contact us;
- (b) Other Information You Choose to Provide to Us: For example, you may provide additional account information, such as your language preference;
- (c) Order Data: We may collect any personal information necessary to provide you with the services you request. For example, when you purchase something from us, we may collect your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment information.
1.3 Information We Collect Automatically. We may automatically collect certain types of personal information from you when you use or interact with our Services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- (a) Mobile Device Data: We automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer), operating system, version information, and system configuration information, device and application identification numbers, browser type and version, hardware model, Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, and Internet Protocol (IP) address (or proxy server). If you are using our applications, we may also collect information about the phone network associated with your mobile device, the operating system or platform of your mobile device, the type of mobile device you use, the unique device ID of your mobile device, and information about the features of our applications that you access;
- (b) Push notifications: We may request to send you push notifications about your account or certain features of the application. If you wish to stop receiving such information, you can turn it off in your device settings;
- (c) Log and Usage Data: Log and Usage Data refers to diagnostic, usage, and performance information about the Services that our servers automatically collect when you access or use our Services and that we record in log files. Depending on how you interact with us, such Log Data may include your IP address, device information, browser type, settings, and information about your activities on the Services (such as date/time stamps associated with your usage, pages and files viewed, searches, and other actions you take, such as the features you use), device event information (such as system activity, error reports (sometimes called "crash dumps"), and hardware settings);
- (d) Device Data: We collect device data, such as information about the computer, mobile phone, tablet, or other device you use to access the Services. Depending on the device used, such device data may include your IP address (or proxy server), device and application identification numbers, location, browser type, hardware model, Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, operating system, and system configuration information;
1.4 Information we obtain from third parties:
- (a) If you access Cycle AI using a third-party account or login service, such as Apple or Google, we may receive limited profile or authentication-related information associated with that account, depending on the permissions granted by you. For example, depending on the platform or service we may collect your name, profile picture, gender, info, and birthday. Those platforms and services make information available to us through their APIs.
- (b) Information from mobile measurement partners: We may receive data from third-party partners to help us evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, track user acquisition, and detect potential fraudulent activities;
- (c) Analytics information: We receive analytics information about us from third-party analytics providers to optimize user interactions with us.
- (d) Some third-party services may use tracking technologies to collect information about user interactions and device activity. Such third-party technologies operate under their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their independent data collection or processing practices.
1.5 AI Chat Content: Cycle AI may provide AI-powered conversation, assistant, or content-generation features. When using these functions, your prompts, text submissions, uploaded content, and related interactions may be processed by our systems and, where necessary, transmitted to external AI model providers for response generation.
2.Purpose of collecting and using
2.1 To facilitate account creation and verification, and to manage user accounts. We may process your information to enable you to create and log into your account, and to maintain the normal operation of your account.
2.2 Providing you with services: We process necessary information to perform our contractual obligations to you.
2.3 Improving services: We may collect information about you that is automatically collected or generated when you use the services, as well as non-personal information about your device, such as battery, Wi-Fi strength, device manufacturer, model and operating system, and available space on your device.
2.4 Providing support to you and responding to your requests or complaints: If you contact us for support, we will use your information to respond to your emails, address your queries and complaints.
2.5 Conducting analytics: It is in our legitimate interest to analyze the use and patterns of our services and advertising campaigns, as well as any other interactions or interests.
2.6 Providing you with advertisements: We will display advertisements and recommendations to you. Where necessary, we will only do this with your consent. If your consent is not required, we will act on the basis of our legitimate interests.
2.7 Save or protect the vital interests of an individual: We may process your information when necessary to save or protect the vital interests of an individual, such as to prevent harm.
2.8 Enforce our terms and policies: When doing so, we process information including information you provide to us, information we collect about you automatically, and information provided to us by third parties.
2.9 Deliver AI functionality requested by the user. Unless otherwise disclosed or required by law, we do not intentionally use AI conversation content for advertising profiling and user profiling.
3.Who We Share Your Information With
We will manage and protect your data in accordance with strict security and confidentiality standards. Your data will not be disclosed to any third party except for the following persons or circumstances:
3.1 Third-Party AI service providers: By using AI-related features within Cycle AI, you acknowledge and agree that submitted prompts, text, or uploaded materials may be processed by third-party AI infrastructure providers for the limited purpose of generating outputs and supporting the functionality of the Services.
Certain AI features may rely on third-party AI providers, such as OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, or similar providers, to process user inputs and generate outputs. These providers process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.
However, we will not share your Face Data with any third party.
3.2 Vendors and Other service providers: We may entrust third parties to perform certain functions on our behalf in order to provide you with services. We disclose personal information to our employees, consultants, and third-party service providers who require access to such data to perform specific tasks on our behalf. These services include, but are not limited to: infrastructure & operation, business services, safety providers, content moderation, legal services, fraud prevention and marketing and advertising services.
3.2 Affiliates: We may share your personal data with our affiliates, who may access your personal data to help us develop, maintain and provide our services; affiliates may also help manage our customer relationships; service providers provide us with support for our services.
3.5 Advertising partners: Our services rely on advertising support.
3.4 Third parties: We may also share non-personal information with interested third parties to help them understand the usage patterns of certain services, or to conduct independent research based on such anonymous usage data.
3.5 Legal Obligations and Security: We may disclose your personal information if it is reasonably necessary to:
- (a) comply with valid legal process (such as subpoenas, search warrants, court orders, etc.);
- (b) comply with valid requests or investigations by public authorities;
- (c) comply with applicable laws or regulations;
- (d) enforce our policies, agreements, and terms, whether in litigation, other disputes, or otherwise;
- (e) protect our legitimate interests, including legal rights;
- (f) protect the security or integrity of the Services; or
- (g) protect the rights, property, or safety of you, other users, employees, partners and affiliates, or other natural persons.
3.6 If we are forced to disclose your personal information to law enforcement, public agencies, or other government agencies, we will notify you in advance at our discretion, unless we are prohibited from doing so by the government agency or law.
3.7 Changes in Corporate Ownership. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, reorganization, partnership, asset sale, or other transaction, we may disclose your information as part of that transaction.

4.1 Our services may link to third-party apps or websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies before sharing any personal data.
4.2 Some companies may use their collected data to serve interest-based ads, including on platforms not affiliated with us.
5.Third-Party SDKs
5.1 We may use third-party software development kits (SDKs) and services to enhance functionality and improve your experience. These third-party SDKs may collect, store, or process certain personal data, such as usage data, device information, and location data, in accordance with their own privacy policies.
5.2 Some examples of third-party SDKs we may use include analytics tools, advertising networks, and social media integration services. While we carefully select our third-party partners, we are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party services. 6.Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children. By using the Services, you represent that you are an adult or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the Services. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child, we will deactivate that user's account and take reasonable steps to promptly delete such data from our records. 7.Security of Your Information
7.1 Protecting user privacy and personal information is a top priority for us. We process your personal information to improve and enforce our security measures, combat spam, malware, malicious activities, or security risks, and to monitor and verify your identity so that unauthorized users do not access your account with us.
7.2 Access to any user information is restricted to our employees, contractors, agents, and third-party service providers only who need to know the information in order to provide, operate, develop, maintain, support, and optimize the our service experience and security. We use password protection, access logs, and system monitoring to safeguard the confidentiality and security of all user information.
7.3 Due to the inherent nature of the internet and related technology, we do not guarantee the protection of information under our control against loss, misuse, or alteration.
8.Data Retention
8.1 Face Data uploaded for AI processing are generally handled on a temporary basis and are deleted after the requested processing task has been completed, except where temporary retention is necessary for technical, security, or legal reasons.
8.2 We will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or as required by applicable laws and regulations. Cycle AI will store the collected personal data for the duration of the contract and 180 days after the termination of the contract. Once the retention period expires, we will take appropriate measures to securely delete or anonymize your personal data so that it can no longer be associated with you or used to identify you.
8.3 Unless you request deletion, we may retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and support legitimate business or security purposes.
8.4 Partners with whom we work, including platforms that we may integrate with to provide services, may retain data for other, longer periods of time, which we do not control.
8.5 While we use commercially reasonable methods to protect your privacy, we cannot guarantee that your information or communications will always remain confidential or secure.
9.International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed on servers located outside your country or region of residence, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to such cross-border data transfers as described in this Privacy Policy.
10.Your Right to Choose
9.1 You have a number of important rights regarding your personal data. These rights are designed to ensure that you have control over your information and that it is processed in a fair, transparent and lawful manner. We are committed to respecting and assisting you in exercising these rights to the greatest extent possible.
- (a) Right of Information: You have right to receive clear and understandable information about how Cycle AI collects, uses, and processes your personal information;
- (b) Right of access: You have the right to ask us if we are processing your personal data and, if so, to access it;
- (c) Right of correction: If you discover any inaccurate or outdated information in your personal data, you can ask us to correct it.;
- (d) Right of deletion: You may request the deletion of your personal information where permitted by applicable law. In certain situations, we may retain limited information where necessary for legal, security, or legitimate business purposes.
- (e) Right to restriction of processing: When you dispute the accuracy of your data or object to processing, you can request to restrict processing;
- (f) Right of Opt-Out: Where permitted by applicable law, you may request that your personal information not be shared or used for certain advertising or data-sharing activities;
- (g) Right of Data Portability: You may request a copy of the personal information you provided to us in a commonly used and machine-readable format, and, where technically feasible, request its transfer to another service provider;
- (h) Right of Objection: You may object to certain types of personal information processing where such processing is based on legitimate interests or permitted by applicable law;
- (i) Right of Complaint: You may have the right to submit a complaint to a competent data protection authority regarding our handling of your personal information;
- (j) Right of Consent Withdrawal: You may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal request;
- (k) Right of Posthumous Instructions: You may provide instructions regarding the retention, deletion, or handling of your personal information after your death.

11.Deletion of your account
10.1 You can delete your account from within Cycle AI. Deleting your account is an irreversible process, which we can't revert even if you perform it by accident. You can delete your account via Cycle AI official website.
10.2 Deleting your account will:
- (i) Delete your account from Cycle AI.
- (ii) Erase your message history. If you delete your account, you can't regain access to your account.
- (iii) We may retain certain log data in our databases even after you delete your account, but such data will be disassociated from any identifying information such that it can no longer be linked to your account. To do this, on a regular basis, we wipe certain identifying information from this log data, and we replace any instance of your account ID with a replacement identifier which cannot be linked back to your account once it is deleted.
- (iv) We may also keep your information for things like legal issues, terms violations, or harm prevention efforts.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU HAVE AUTO-RENEWABLE SUBSCRIPTIONS, YOUR BILLING MAY CONTINUE THROUGH THE PAYMENT PLATFORM SUCH AS APPLE, GOOGLE PAY DUE TO THE PAYMENT POLICY OF SUCH PAYMENT PLATFORM, EVEN THOUGH YOUR Cycle AI ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DELETED. IN CONSIDERATION OF THIS, WE STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE CONTINUING.
12.Changes to the Privacy Policy
11.1 We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page to reflect the most recent changes. Significant changes to this policy, such as how we collect, use, or share your personal information, will be communicated to you through notifications within the app or via email, where applicable.
11.2 We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your data. By continuing to use our services after the changes are posted, you consent to the updated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to discontinue use of the app.
